This Nazi Model 1940 Helmet was recently found in central North Carolina.  It has never been cleaned or enhanced in any way with its worn original green paint mixed with heavy patina and some surface rust.  The decal of the Eagle clutching a swastika is in good shape on the left side of the helmet.  It still has its original liner which is not in the best of shape but mostly intact.
