This is a standard Model 1894 SRC in .30 WCF with 20" barrel, full magazine, ladder sights, carbines buttplate, and saddle ring.  Early antique serial number is in the 23,000 range which dates its production to 1895; the first year Caliber 30-30 was offered in the Model 1894.
