Standard Sporting Rifle in 38-40 w/Tang sight.  24" round barrel, full magazine, and crescent butt.  Original front and rear sights.  SN# 322,000.  Made in 1890.  Overall, NRA Antique Fine+ Condition.  75% original blue on frame with some light corrosion from poor storage towards rear of right sideplate.  Barrel and magazine have 40% blue turning over to brown patina.  Excellent markings and edges throughout.  Excellent wood with 90% original varnish, still a nice red hue in color.  Perfect wood to metal fit.  No chips, cracks, or repairs.  Nice crisp action.  Bore shows nice rifling...not dark with some scattered pits...Good Overall.  Comes with original Lyman Tang sight.
